Yep, Mitsukai-Chiri is officially closed. I've lost interest in Neopets (most), and decided to take web designing a bit further. I hope you guys understand.
As mentioned above, I haven't given up on web-design. I've gotten a bit better, and decided to adopt a domain where I do anime graphics and resources.
